| My car broke down on Monday 23 January 2012. The car was collected by the towing company and deliverd to McCarthy Ford. I spoke to Chantelle that gave me all the relevant information about what might have caused the breakdown. An appoint ment was confirmed. The next day Chantelle phoned me quite early to confirm the problem. She kept me informed of the progress during the day and because the part was received late the car would not be ready that day but only the next day. When I went to collect my car it was ready the job was correctly done and nothing was missing from the car(money, cd etc). Chantelle was correct about what caused the beakdown. It is always great to be informed of what is happening and not many companies understand that this is an important part of good service. Once again thank you to Erica and her team especially Chantelle. | |||
