Bertus and McCarthy Volkswagen Constantia went way beyond what was expected of them. I had the best service from them and made me the customer feel like a valued customer. It was all the small details that made the whole experience worth well and I will recommend them to everyone I talk too. Every detail was amazing going the extra mile by sending pictures of the car on the truck being delivered to the key ring, bike rack and researching of the rack, congratulations note, ribbon, gifts all the small things DO MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
