Besides being a Super Duper Service Manager(McCarthy Toyota, Durban North), Kay helped me with an on going insurance Claim I am having issues with. She helped me with all my Service invoices and put me in touch with Keith in the Sales department (Who also is a Legend) to get the correct M&M code for my vehicle. Which my insurer had got wrong. (That is another story) I just wanted to say a big Thank You to Kay and Keith for all of their assistance. Regards Russell |
