McCarthy does it to me yet again. I had a flat tyre this morning called Club McCarthy at 07:00 to assist. i was told an sms with the details of the call out would be sent, ten minutes later sms was not sent. I call to find out and was told the sms would be sent in 5mins. The sms with the reference number is sent stating that they would arrive in 60 min meaning 08:00, i waited 60mins later still nothing, no call from anyone! I call and get told that the driver is on his way, he is 15mins away, 15mins later still nothing. spoke to some agent called Desmond, who said he would call the driver and call me back! Desmond did NOT call back! i had to call again!!! Driver arrives at 09:00.. so basically i was assisted 2hours later.. Is this the kind of treatment i will get if i have an even bigger emergency??? |
