I have purchased a vehicle - VW Polo 1.6 comfortline at Autohaus Centurion on the 07/09/2011, drove the vehicle for approximately 2.5 months/11000km and broke down along side the N1 highway on my way to work, I then took the vehicle to Autohaus Centurion for repairs at my own expense, the faulty report came back there was a fault on the water pump and they replaced the water pump. In January i took the car for its first service +-15000km, then 02/02/2012 - 1500km one month later after the service it broke down again, i then took the vehicle again to Autohaus Centurion for repairs (keep in mind the car is 5months old) and 03/02/12 today one day after the repair the vehicle broke down just as i arrived at work. All of the above happened in less than a Half a year after purchase and every time I'm left without a vehicle, there is never a courtesy car and it's not even my fault. i have no confidence in this vehicle what so ever.. This is really not fair, every one is just passing the buck, i have even called VW customer care and no success. I'm now currently stuck in JHB, Autohaus Centurion came to collect the vehicle and didn't even bother to ask how will i get back to Centurion, |

Utterly Disgusted:
After the complaint the car was given back the following Monday 5FEB 2012 and the broke down exactly one week later.. repaired/Towed 4 times within the first 6 months I have insisted a full refund since the first day the vehicle broke down and every time VW try's to repair the fault.. .. |
