I bought a Hummer H3 from the dealer and the sales representative was Wimpies and he was assisted by Carel and Benton Mathye. I was promised that the spare key would be delivered as soon as the previous owner has delivered the keys to the dealer. To date the spare keys is not yet delivered to me. The CD player was not working and the sales staff made promises but to date no repairs were done to the CD player. I am dissatisfied with the treatment given and all my visits to the dealership cost money and have not yielded any positive results. I want to expose this bad practice and poor after sales service. |
