| My Dad and I purshed a vehicle(Mazda 6) on the 30th of July 2011 from McCarthy Peugot Citroen in Bentel Ave, Boksburg. Upon using the vehicle we picked up faults regarding the suspension and the aircon. Their very pursausive salesman, Iean Pillay committed to repairing the faults. However the vehicle had to be sent back on numerous occassions to rectify the faults as the workmanship was poor. On many occassions I threaten to cancel but was always met with so much promises and requests not to cancel. I complained to the branch manager Jeanne Halgryn, of whom I had to test drive the vehicle with. They excepted liability and sent the vehicle in for repairs. In the 6th month of us having the vehicle the gearbox packed up. I was requested to deliver the vehicle to the dealership for inspection. I did on 14/01/2011. Their report from their specialist reveals the gearbox components was not to manufacturers specifications However now they are refusing the repair of the vehicle which is still under the 6 month CPA WARRANTY. Still we are without a vehicle but religously pay our installments and very disgusted at the response from a major supplier like McCarthy and a brand name. Pls repair it | |||
