| I bought a Nissan Navara 4x4, 2.5l D from Nissan. When booking my vehicle for the 180 000km service, i advised my vehicle loses power. The service was done (R5 500 later) but still no power. The vehicle was returned and the booster sensor cable needed replacement which Mc Insure would not cover. I spoke to Mc Insure who advised I send an e-mail. A week later, and three follow ups i am told by Muzi that he doesn't know who i am AND that my warranty does not cover the booster cable. How Pathetic!!!. I sent a complaint which they responded that faith would be restored in the near future...yeah right. I booked my vehicle in the next day. Cable was replaced and while the garage test drove the vehicle, they blew the turbo, rings and oil in the inter cooler. Damage R35 000 and Mc Insure disappeared. Nissan Germiston started to repair and I would have the Navara on 24th December. Guess what, same day a hole in the engine block - (engine a write-off) damage R125 000. Mc Insure rejects the claim...no surprise there and Nissan Germiston can't give answers. What now!! 2 months NO CAR. Stay away from a Nissan Navara, and Mc Insure. I will never buy Nissan again. | |||
