i am paying for a car i dont have for 3 months

I had posted earlier about the Lexus I bought(which had a massive front smash) this is now the 3 month that i have heard nothing in terms of a decision made on the car. I am now very angry, Mccarthy customer care promised that this issue will be sorted out last month. when i finally got in touch with scott lang, he told me that he will not comunicate with me, but through Mccathy head office...

will someone from Mccarthy call me asap on my cell number... i have waited over 45 minutes for a consultant and still nothing!!

Your complaint was already send to Management. Your reference number is REF 8766.

As per our discussion yesterday. As soon as I receive the letter from Head Office I will forward the letter to yourself.
