I never realised that the motor industry was in such a strong market, cause clearly they don't want the business. I applied to McCarthy-Call-a-Car for a Fiat Palio that I saw on the web-site. I sent a sms to them on the 29th January 2012 and received a reply stating that a consultant would contact me within 24 hours. I was only contacted 72 hours after making my enquire. The consultant then informed me that he would pass my details on to their N1 City branch to call me back which never happened. I was then called again on Monday 6th February 2012 to find out if anyone had contacted me, to which I replyed NO. The consultant then said to me that he would resend me details through and that I would be contacted in 24 Hours, which never happened. It is now almost 72 hours and I am still waiting. If this is how they treat prospective clients, then I would hate to see how they actually treat their clients. Can't complain about the bad service, cause there isn't any. |
