Good day, I would like to complain about Burchmore's Durban and Toscar Motors. I purchased a vehicle from burchmore's on the 12/01/2012 it was an Audi A3, the salemens name is Simphiwe Cele, he advised me that Toscar Motors was putting new control arms in the vehicle that is why the vehicle was given to me on the 12/01/2012. I then proceeded to drive the vehicle and noticed a rattle on the vehicle, I contacted Simphiwe and he advised I should take the vehicle back to Toscar Motors. I took the vehicle to Toscar motors on 13/01/2012. I was informed by the owner(Niven) that it was the control arm bushes that need to be replaced with new ones and he would sort the vehicle out. I left the vehicle with him when the car was delivered to me that evening, I felt it was still not sorted out I left messages for Simphiwe to contact me and everytime I was contacting Simphiwe he advised me that he will contact me of which he did not, I eventually took the vehicle to 2 other workshops to check the vehicle and they advised me that the control arms that was put in the vehicle was not new as well as control arm bushes was not new it was the same bushes and control arms that was refurbished. |
