I phoned McCarthy Toyota Edenvale to get a basic quote for 120 000km service without repairs and they told me its R1,700.00 and I booked my car in for service. I sent my husband to get my car from service and to my suprise, they charged R2,300.00 instead of R1,700.00, this is without repairs. I phoned to query this and the lady by the name of Chantele or Michelle could not explain why this has happened. And then the Mananger Deepuk said they will refund me the difference. Its been 2 weeks now, still waiting to be refunded. There's no communication from them as to when can I expect this refund. I phoned again the following day pretending to be some else and they told me service is R1,500.00. I am very dissapointed, I am their customer I bought my car with them. Add a new Mccarthy Report Inappropriate report?
