| Mom recently purchased a car from Tableview branch, the car had not gone into stock yet, so had not had the valet and fix up as they normally would of. We agreed with Jan van der Westhuizen and Malcolm Hendricks that we would pay and purchase the car as long as ALL the fix ups were fixed up correctly as they had just had a real ****** job done on the chips on the bonnet. When we took delivery of the car which was only at 7pm and it was delivered to our house. Accepting a car at dusk does not do good when checking paintwork. We saw the next day that the bonnet was worse off then it was and was not resprayed and just badly touched up again. Many other faults but mainly the bonnet job.We returned the car and complained AGAIN about the bonnet and asked for it to be done properly. While waiting I sent this email "How is the bonnet looking now? Was it properly sprayed or just touched up badly?" I received this "It was properly done looks much much better. Malcolm ." I was happy finally been sprayed properly. ALAS went to pick it up JUST touch ups AGAIN.. Get moms R120000 and promise to fix the car and few things sorted BUT main complaint NOT!! DISGUSTING taking advantage of customers. | |||

Hello chefsam, Dealer Automark Manager adjusted sale price of vehicle to suit buyer request. This included touch up repair of bonnet only which was completed as promised. The sundry on the road charges were waived due to the non recondition of the vehicle prior to delivery. Other minor repairs as mentioned were also completed satisfactorily. |

| Indifferent: This is a UTTER LIE, we had not seen the car, We asked if the car was in good condition they replied yes, we stay in Somerset west and we agreed on a offer to purchase for R120000 before we had even seen the car. This was emailed to us, This was on 28th Nov 2011 But since emailing head office ALL this info etc, the car bonnet was now be re sprayed. I don't see why customers have to go to such levels to get what is owed to them. Thanks Malcolm again for your kindness, Jan could learn from you. | |||
