I puchased a polo vivo 1.6 on 19 march 2011 from Mccarthy vw Durban. Window smash and grab incorrectly installed When i took delivery of the vehicle there was bubbles on the windows smash and grab, the sales person told me that it was normal and it would disappear as long as i park the vehicle in the sun as much as possible. I parked the vehicle in the sun as much as possible. After 4 months the bubbles were still present and i sent the vehicle back and the smash and grab was re-install. It is now 9 months that i have the vehicle and the bubbles are still present. Over filling oil I sent the vehicle in for the 1500km service on the 10 december 2011. when i checked the oil level it was overfilled and when i brought this matter to mccarthy vw's durban attention they mentioned that the oil level was fine, but according to the owners manual this is incorrect. I am really unhappy with the service received from this dealership and i shall not purchase another vw product again. |
