I bought a Jeep 2 months ago 5/11/2011 from MacCarthy Gezina. At the first inspection of the vehicle I noticed that one of the spot lights was broken but was assured that it will be replaced. During receipt of the vehicle the broken spot light was still not replaced as promised due to fact that they could not find a replacement at that time, a promise was made that the light plus the licensing papers and licensing disc will be delivered to me as soon as possible. To date both items are still outstanding. Every time the salesman (Jaco Scheepers) is contacted by phone about the situation, his response is he will come back to us, but that is all. Absolutely no response from E Mails send to him. |
