I signed up through Discovery to become an Active member for the whole family. For some odd and unknown reason my wife had to sign up separately. One of the conditions was that the main member was to attend the gym some 20odd times per month and I could not get around to this. The contract was then terminated and I had to again sign up and pay the once off sign up fee to become a member. Then before we received our gym membership cards (nobody informed us that they were ready for collection) the first month has again lapsed and again I have not visited the gym 20dd times. So we decided not to again try this and my wife also then terminated her membership. She went for the exit-interview (as she was told that if she wanted to terminate her membership she had to attend an interview ). After 3 months we saw that the Debit order was still going off and I manually stopped the DTorder. Next thing I get demands from MDB to pay an unexplainable amount. I asked for a breakdown and still received nothing. The exit interview forms have disappeared and now I need to prove that she terminated the agreement correctly. Still the monthly amount just grows and MDB is just rude and un-cooperative
