| Due to circumstances I was handed over to MBD for my Virgin Active account - which, by the way, I wasn't even aware of!. This was a few years ago. During Jan of last year (2011) I got my monthly call from MBD - I had been paying faithfully every month - and they offered me a 20% discount if I settled my account in full. I told them that I would take that option, no problem! By the end of that month, I paid the full amount quoted by them, and thought nothing more of it, as I thought that my account would now be settled. Great was my shock when I learnt that because I missed the deadline by a DAY, I would now again be liable for the FULL amount! I then called in and queried - they put me through to a manager that promised to get back to me and see what she could do for me. It is now a year later. STILL NO FEEDBACK!! I actually forgot about that account, since I never ever heard from them again - no letters, mails or phone calls. So I just assumed that my account must then be sorted out! However, to my horror, I discovered last month, that according to Virgin Active's books, I still owe money on that account!! Have you ever heard of service so horrible??? I can't believe it!! | |||
