| The security door at my patio broke in December. I contacted various service providers, who could not assist me before 2012. Then I contacted Maxidor. Joe phoned me back and made an appointment to see me on a Sunday (18 December 2011). I was concerned that the installation could not be done before the factory closed for the December holiday, but Joe assured me that it would be done. He was extremely knowledgeable about his product, and very friendly. The installation was done as promised. I can definitely recommend Maxidor, and specifically Joe, to anyone. | |||
