My mother passed away on the 15th of October and on afriend's advice contacted Martin's Funeral Parlour in Horison, Roodepoort. I spoke to Ryan Brown who IMMEDIATELY made me feel calmer,he treated my husband and me with dignity and respect and did not try to palm an expensive package onto us! I explained to him that Mom's policies were small and he helped us with the cheapest option without making us feel as if we were cheapskates. He did all the paperwork for us with the Dept. of Home Affairs and claimed on her Metropolitan Policy on our behalf, he also tried to do the AVBOB claims but they refused to deal with a third party, and that is a whole other story! As for Martins and Ryan Brown......THANK YOU for your sensitivity, respect and the dignity with which you treated us! Mandy Reed (Mrs) |
