I tried to change a flight booking on the 28th of February and the fly mango website seemed to have booked my because on my credit card there was a chargeflight but when i check for the ticket and call the call center the ticket did not exist, some how the website had taken money but not change my books. I call the refunds department they said it I would be refunded in 7 days, its 14 days later i still havent recieved a refund when i call the accounts/refund department they dont answer(have been trying since friday last week), i call the booking call center they give numbers which send me through the same line that is not being picked up, try to speak to someone in charge they dont want to put me through, I actaully liked mango but this experience has taught me that if they owe you money good luck trying to get it back!!!
