Thank for for replacing my iPod the day before Xmas. I had bought it a month earlier and only unpacked it the day before Xmas to test it. I found the screen was faulty. On returning it to Macro I was told that the 16 day return policy had expired. This would have been a huge problem on Xmas day! Thanks to the floor manager for getting it swapped out for me without question otherwise my child would have had nothing to open on Xmas morning! Thank you! |
