| I usually hate going into the larger stores because of poor service. Even before I could ask the young gentleman for help, I heard someone compliment him so I knew I was onto a good thing! My son wanted a different colour folder and there were no more visible on the display shelves. I asked Simpiwe (? spelling) in the stationery section for help. Blow me down if he didn't climb a few shelves up to get what we wanted! THAT is going the extra mile and I hope he goes far in his career with Makro! | |||
