| I am quick to complain about bad or incompetent service. However good or in this case phenomenal service needs to be given recognition too. As I received from Makro Centurion on Saturday when buying a new double door Fridge was beyond exceptional. From buying the Fridge to them delivering it, took less than one hour. From the sales person, who even helped stand in the que at tech dept, so they can dispatch the unit; the dispatcher confirming delivery address; the driver who was on the phone for directions (as we stay on a plot) and the unloading of the unit. I was overwhelmed. I think many retailers or institutions can learn from this level of service. That on a frantic & extremely busy day too. | |||
