Ordered 2 bar fridges from Makro and was guarenteed delivery the next day. Spoke to the warehouse twice and was assured delivery was on the way. Waited or 3 hours until 7pm and it never arrived. Was exceedingly unhappy, left a telephone message at the Woodmead store, not really expecting a reply. I was contacted the next morning and provided with excellent service by the store. They arranged for a late delivery that day and ensured that I did receive the goods. Persons attitude was excelllent, I think his name was Themba, really turned me from being a very unhappy customer to a happy customer. Dave |
