| I would like to compliment Ebrahim on the wonderful service we recived on Saturday at Makro. I unfortunaly never got his surname. He was pleasent and most of all very helpfull. I purchase a i-pig for my daughter as a christmas present. Once I got home we relised that the power code was the incorrect one in the box. Returning Sunday 18th December 2011 morning to replace the cord we were waiting outside the store to open, when he was on his way to work he noticed us in the que. Coming to us and enquiring was there a problem and why were we returning the unit. Explaning our story he advised that he would test this for us and replace whatever was wrong. The doors opened as we walked in he was waiting on the other side to assit. Security had a look at the box and we were taking right in all the necessary thing were done and changed and not a moment wasted. What a pleasent experiance which i was dreading. Well done!!! and thank you very much. | |||
