My Samsung washing machine is acting up now for the second time in its first year of use. The first time the service agent was orgasied from Makro's side relatively quickly. Bu this time I had to phone on Wednesday 11 Jan, they then phone back on the 13th to confirm details and said the agents will phone me on 16th. The 17th I phoned again only to hear that they agents will call me the next day. Today 19 Jan. Have not heard from Makro nor the servicing agaents and my washing machine is unuseable. This is unacceptable service. With after sales service like this it pays to shop at Game. |

| Quite Impressed: I contacted the store manager and he organized with the sales person, Pumlani, within a few hours the service people were at my house and fixed everything. Amazing what can be done when a manager 'motivates' his personnel | |||
