I have just received a gift from a friend bought at Makro Woodmead. I was given one Mellerware Biltong King. Upon opening the box which was sealed with thin home use cello-tape, I discovered a previous till slip which was returned to Makro Woodmead on 12/04/2011 at 13:12. POS No. 19. Inv no. 692. Clearly written on the till slip is: Fan Not Working. The Biltong maker has marks and streaks down the side walls and on the bottom and smells horrifically. It is DISGUSTING having received this! How can this happen? Please let me know EXACTLY what will be done to rectify the situation and resolve this issue as soon as possible. It is not only embarrassing to your store for such blatant inefficiency but to myself and my friend as well. Should you require photographs of the item, slip and stains inside the walls I shall gladly send them to you. |
