| i bought a Fujitsu Siemens's lcd for R1399 about a year and a half ago i have been using it for work purpose around about on the 4 of jan the LCD started to flash as if the back light was failing so i asked my girl friend to take it in as it is my source of income it was taken in on the 10th of jan my girl friend was told it would take 4 -7 days so i waited for a while. 7 days had passed so i got in touch and they said an extra few days was needed so i waited then i called yesterday and there reply was the manufacture was still shut down until last week why was i not told this in the first place i would never had sent it in if i new the wait was going to be this long... till this day makro has not contacted me once about the repair of this screen i am very disappointed in macro's customer service.customer feedback is the key in all sales .... i will never buy from makro again in my life. i am very behind in my work and starting to loose money on this... very disappointing makro... | |||
