Makro: "This is not our problem"

I went to Makro Yesterday the 28 December 2011 to return a damaged xbox that i got for Christmas. Upon arriving there i was greeted with a "We do not do returns on XBOX consoles, you must call them yourself", not even a "Good Afternoon sir, how may I help you." I was totally shocked and disgusted at the service given to me by the front desk woman at the returns counter. They had no interest in helping me and just gave me a piece of paper with a number to call. What upsets me even more is that the XBOX was bought at Makro and I expected them to sort this out as I never bought it from XBOX but them. They are so easy to sell faulty items to you and when you need help in either them replacing it or providing a solution they are so quick to just brush you aside and not give a flying hoot about customer service. Now Im sure it must be sent away and since its the holiday season I will probably only get this sorted in February 2012. I should have been given a new one and Makro should have put up with having their faulty **** sent aaway. I will never ever buy anything there ever again. This is truly the worst service i have ever received from any organisation.
