I went to Makro centurion to buy meat in bulk as they always have great specials, i bought 2.5kg's of mince (a months supply for me) labelled EXTRA LEAN MINCE, to my surprise when cooking some i ended up with a pool of oil in my pot from the mince and even after draining all the oil the mince was still extremely fatty, i only eat extra lean mince and this was certainly far from extra lean. Im very disappointed with this service as most people buy extra lean mince for the quality of the meat and the reduced fat content, this incorrect or misleading labeling of the product i find unacceptable and very dishonest for a chain store like Makro. |

Quite Impressed:
Johan at the butchery in Makro Centurion contacted me and sorted the problem out, they exchanged the mince i bought for the right mince, which when i tested came out perfectly. Because of their service and the way they treat the customer i most certainly continue to shop there monthly. |
