HOW CAN STOCK BE MISSING

WENT IN ON THURSDAY TO BUY MASTERCRAFT TOOL SET THAT IS ON SPECIAL. THE ONE THEY HAD WAS DAMAGED AND I ASKED THEM TO SEND FROM OTTERY BRANCH. NO CONTACT FROM THEM UNTIL I PHONED THEM ON TUESDAY TO ASK WHAT IS HAPPENING AS IT IS XMAS PRESENT. THEY TELL ME THAT THE SYSTEM AT MONTAGUE SHOWS 6 AND THEREFORE OTTERY WONT SEND IT. THEREFORE I, AS THE CLIENT CANNOT HAVE IT AS THEY SEEM TO HAVE LOST? THEM. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Over the Moon: I give credit where credit is due. Made my complaint on Tuesday and by Wednesday afternoon the branch had called to inform me that the stock item had arrived. Thank you.
