as much bad service as you like.

Went to Makro Crown Mines Friday 20 Jan - excellent service, thank you.
Went to Makro Woodmean Saturday 21 Jan - what a nightmare! First I try to buy 2 DVDs for R99 as indicated, teller rings them up as R118.00. takes quite some time to fix.
take the rest of my shopping to a main till. the teller "accidentally" charges it as cash instead of my card, asks if i would not mind just drawing the cash. I said I certainly would, eventually they rang the whole lot up again. Can you not change payment method, or was this some sort of ****?
further, toaster marked as R99, comes up as R120 on screen. I dispute this. they send a gent to look, 10 minutes later no sign of him. another lady goes to look, after stopping to hug and chat with a colleague.
if staff at Woodmead can't or won't do their job, suggest you look at how well Crown Mines branch operates and get them to act more like that. the savings one may make at Makro are not particularly worth the constant waiting and arguing, and certainly not worth the attitude of some of your staff.
