Luvhilo connect hermanus! Bad customer service!

I hv been using thys WiFi for about 7 months when I joined! Told them getting paid 15 but every morning 15th I wake up WiFi is disconnected been calling for months n telling them abt thys same issue! Asked them if thy disconnect by morning of 25th when do thy think I hv had a chance to pay! Spoke to more than 3 of their stuff n begged them to gv me till 16th to pay! Bt still each n every month same story thy disconnect b4 I cn pay! Every 25th had to pay n call them for the same thing! Over n over! To myk things worse after speaking to them today n the lady promised to chance n make it 17th so I will hv time to pay! After that she sent me invoice for reconnection fee if R50! Something thy did on purpose been phoning n talking to them for months! Their service sucks!! N thy don't take their customer complains serious! I am very unhappy about their poor service! I wish I could just cancel it n go to anather WiFi bt them I will hv to pay for the package again when thy install i guess I'm stuck with these ridiculous! Mad ppl
