Luvhilo connect hermanus service sucks! Very poor!
Very poor customer service!!! Thy don't care if you phone and tell them about ur concerns! My WiFi gets disconnected every month and I hv been calling and begging them to atleast gv me till 16th to pay but every 15th on my pay day! The WiFi is diconnected for over 5/6 months same thing and u hv been calling all the time and telling them to gv me a chance to pay bt none of them took my complaint serious! Today spoke to 1 of their consultants n told her abt my problem and that it's been months n t not resolved! She promised to change n make it 17th! Immediately I put the phone down I got an email with Recommection fee! Bt I just explained to her it's a mistake from their side! Ppl of month end they gv them till 3rd to pay! Bt for me thy dd not gv me any chance! Every 15th had to call them n they kept promising thy would fix this! Bt now she sent me an invoice to pay reconnection fee! So thy really dnt gv a damb about their customers! Their service sucks! Very terrible! And thy are really unreasonable! Tell me when do thy expect me to pay if by 15th it's already disconnected! I wish thy cn do better! I'm very upset! Cause it's my airtime been using every month to call them bt issue not resolved! N now I'm the 1 who Must pay for their mistake!I don't think it's fair!
