My car is standing as the mechanic wasnt sure what the problem was. FInally today Friday morning he advises me it is the fuel injector, one of them. But I can only get a replacement part next week as it takes two to three working days from the factory.OK, I thought , that being so. I put the phone down and remembering how helpful Neville normally is, I thought let me give him a call. He didnt have the part in stock, but saw that another depot had one , as the parts are only bought on order. He would phone and see how urgent their requirement for the part is. To my luck, they were prepared to part with the injector. Neville arranged for it to be collected and at 12:00 phoned me to say the part has arrived at Lindsay saker Airport. I have sent someone to collect it and take it to the mechanic. Neville went above and beyond service excellence. just the fact that he was prepared to phone and see if the part was available was awesome !!The fact that we got it was amazing. You have a valuable employee on your hands, and I have no doubt that you value him as such |
