Hello to the reader, After a really ****** two weeks with even crappier service from VW Lindsay Saker Midrand, after which i decided to cancl the deal last minute as i was fed up with the **** and service, i decided to give VW Lindsay Saker Hyde Park a call and the phone was answered by a gentleman by the name of Malcolm Campbell. I asked him if he would be able to get me what i want by a specific time and i told him if he cant deliver on the promise, he must just tell me there an then and i will rather make alternative plans. He told me he was going to try his level best to make things happen. First of all his energy and charisma on the phone was promising, he just made me feel so good and gave me hope. Surprisingly the the car was delivered to me a day before he promised he would get it to me, WHAT GREAT SERVICE, this guy deserves recognition. I just also want to say thank you to him and his team for everything, they promised a lot and delivered even more, i am proud to be a VW customer of Hyde Park Lindsay Saker. I pressured him a lot but he stayed in the kitchen... |
