| I purchased a vehicle from Louis Jacobs at the VW Midrand branch nearly 1 1/ 2 years ago and a noise started on reversing but was intermittent. The service team had already replaced parts and it seemed ok but then the noise came back twice. I mentioned this to Louis in passing and he took the matter into his own hands discussing the problem with the top mechanic and testing the vehicle until they found the problem. he was in constant communication with me on the progress. He collected and delivered the car so that I would not be inconvenienced. He went above and beyond the call of duty and I felt like I was treated like the owner of a top model Mercedes or BMW not a Polo... he was incredible. I wish more sales people were like him. VW needs to know they have star employee. I'd buy another car from him any day. | |||
