At the end of 2011 we visited a branch in Krugersdorp, but were not attended to at both the new as well as the used car division. I lodged a complain at their head office and they promised that action would be taken. On 31 December we visited their branch at Midrand. I was keen on purchasing a used car, but when delivery was arranged, the car was not clean and ready for delivery. I cancelled the deal and also reported this at their head office. What really bothers me is that salesmen don't last in both Krugersdorp and Midrand. The one moment you are dealing with Leon, then he is on leave and Schalk took over. When calling Schalk, he left the company and someone else took over. The same happened in Krugersdorp. The one moment you are dealing with Louis, and the next moment he left. On 3 February we visited the branch in Krugersdorp. We compared a car on the floor which was a Polo 1.6 - 2007 model with 113,000 km on the clock selling for R 105,000 to one from another dealer - a 2007 Polo 2. litre with 70,000 km, going for R 105,000. When approaching the manager with this comparison, he told me that it's my choice. They employ don't care people with bad attitudes. |
