My wife and I were collecting our car after it had been evaluated. We had been looking at trading-in my wife's car and had been with the new car sales person. When we got back to our car for whatever reason the car wouldn't start, I stayed with the car and my wife went back into the office and asked Ahmed what had happened to the car, Ahmed SHOUTED back at my wife that he had done nothing. Now I don't care what happened before or after this incident - if a person is in a customer facing position they may NEVER, I repeat NEVER shout at a customer. This incident just tops the cake, my wife has told me before that she feels that the Service personnel belittle her when she takes her car in to be serviced. I phoned and asked to speak to the dealer principle so that I could complain but as per usual the middle management blocked me and promised that they would attend to the matter, I also demanded that Ahmed phone my wife and apologize - we are still waiting for this call. In closing, women beware of Lindsay Saker Edenvale they have a habit of not treating women clients equally or with the respect that they deserve. |
