Dear VW. I've been having continuous problems with my car since the first service.Have taken the car in twice for an EPC error and have been told on both times the problem was fixed.The car stayed with VW for a weekend but still the same problem when returned to me.I spoke directly with the service technician who said it might be 93unleaded causing all my problems, he would arrange with the service book in agent for a courtesy vehicle for me.The service technician would drain the oil, replace spark plugs and test to make sure the car is 100% fine over a few days - that was Monday 9th Jan.Its now Thursday and I have heard from no one.? If they have called me, I have no messages/voice messages from them. And now my one window has a major scratch on it that was not there when I handed the car to them.VW needs to repair it.!
