TWO WEEKS WITHOUT A MOTOR CAR

I have been without a car for 2 weeks while Lindsay Saker East Rand Mall fits a battery headlamp and waits 3 days for parts to arrive from Centurion. They have not offered me a courtesy car or demo car to drive for any length of time while my car is standing in their workshop. Every time I phone them there is another excuse as to why the car is still not ready. I am an auditor and consultant to businesses all over JHB and have not been able to get to my clients for two weeks now. This has cast my professional ability in a very bad light and which I think Lindsay Saker needs to take some responsibility for. I have already paid R1,800 towards the battery and head lamp to be replaced and authorised the remainder of repairs to be carried out last week Tuesday. I am STILL waiting for the car to be fixed. I find this unacceptable.
