| I went last week monday to get a trade-in quote for a company car which I am interested in buying from my employer. I spoke to Andrew and he promised to email me the quote. I then phoned at least twice a day to remind him, with no response. Then I went back on Thurs, and spoke to the manager, Nazeem, who promised to take care of this immediately. I had not received the quote by Friday afternoon. It is Monday again & now literally a week later and I still have not received it. I am a regular customer to that place. I am very dissappointed, if not disgusted, at the level of incompitence and promise to never take my car there!! | |||
