I purchased a VW Polo from Lindsay Saker (Airport- Kempton Park) and got the delivery of the vehicle on the 24th of June 2011, to this stage I still haven't received the spare keys, and the wheel alignment & balancing were not done as promised when I bought the vehicle. I have called the sales person (Michael Greyling) 8 times since the date of delivery, I'm in possession of emails and calls done in an attempt to resolve this with him, but he keeps telling me that he's with a client and he'll call me back every time I call him, but I haven't heard from him to this day. I have purchased a vehicle from Lindsay Saker before, and the service was of a high quality, and I know for sure that Lindsay Saker Group is capable of offering a better service that this, but individual employees are bringing the entity's name into disrepute, it raises question as to what criteria Lindsay Saker uses to employ its employees, some sales people are surely not a material for such a reputable motor dealer Can I please be assigned a different customer agent to assist me with this. |
