No Transport

I drive a VW Scirocco 2. TSi. The engine gave me some problems and was towed to Lindsay Saker Rivonia on Sunday 27-11-11. I contacted them and they are now telling me that they are unable to give me a courtesy car. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. I paid a lot of money for my vehicle which is said to be one of there performance cars, and bought a brand (VW) that I THOUGHT I would get good service from. It's been 5 days now and still I am sitting without a car. It is starting to affect my job. I do a lot of travelling for the company I work for. I need my vehicle. They are telling me that they do not have any courtesy cars available. THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM.....I need a vehicle. Not only are they denying me a vehicle, but they are not even informing me on the progress of my car repairs and how long that is going to take. I still do not know the real diagnosis of the problem.

I logged a complaint with VWSA regarding the courtesy car. They issued a complaint to Lindsay Saker Rivonia who told them they do not have any courtesy cars and they left it at that. They couldn't even source a vehicle from another dealer. This is terrible SERVICE. Bottomline is I NEED A COURTESY CAR...
