| On thursday 01/12/2011 I called in to book my car for servicing and I was told to leave my name & number as the services consultant was not available at the time. I called again after a couple of hours because the consultant in question had not returned my call. I was told to leave my details again because she was still not available. It is now Monday 05/12/2011 and no one has called me. It was more convenient for me to book my car at Rivonia but I had to make alternative arrangements seeing that I couldn't get a simple booking at Rivonia. I've since requested to speak to the manager to lay a complaint but to no avail. It is unbelievable that services consultants are so inaccessible and surely there should be more than one consultant available. This is unprofessional behavoiur and it just shows that they've got poor customer relations & couldn't care less about a custome's satisfaction. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. | |||
