From the start that I bought my car there, the service was pathetic!! After sales service also pathetic. Been sending mails to follow up on some issues I had, and they just didn't't get back to me. (Still have the mails to prove it.). Then I need to phone them the whole time to follow up. My cars windows have smash and grab that they put in for me. It is only 2 months, starting to come loose. Mail them to assist me that it be fixed. But no reply. I had to phone them once again just to hear about this. Then I book in my car for its 60 000km service at another place in Menlyn. They inform me that the maintenance plan expires at 60 000km. But I extended it to 90 000km when I bought the car. They did not load it on the system. So Randal tells me that they will come and fetch the car to repair the windows and do the service and sort out the maintenance problem. Come the day of the arrangement, I still get no feedback from him. I needed to follow up again. Then he says no, do the service in Menlyn, they will fetch it afterwards. Not informing me. Not been good at all. |
