Bad Service

Came in to get an estimate for the upcoming service, waited in the workshop reception for almost 10 minutes while Jenna and another consultant chatted away and only when Julian came in was I finally helped. Instead of receiving an apology I got a snotty attitude from her and she then quoted me around 3K for service and told me that I will most likely need to replace the cam belt at the upcoming service. Fuming I left and decided to call another VW dealership in Strijdom Park - they quoted me 1K for the service and told me that cam belts get replaced at a much later service for petrol vehicles. In short I wasted my time getting bad service, snotty attitude, incorrect advise and more expensive prices - I will be taking my business elsewhere!
