| Sent an email off the Lindsay Saker website to Edenvale branch requesting a quote. 12 days and still waiting. Sent an email to Fourways branch for the same quote. 2 days still waiting. Called the ** and requested to speak to the MD. Told I must log a complaint to be investigated and that the MD does not talk to customers. I said this is unaccptable given that the Fourways branch targets me with SMS's for servicing etc. yet cannot issue a quote or acknowledge a request for a quote. Likewise for Edenvale to acknowledge the request. If we were living in booming economy it may be acceptable to force me to log a complaint but under present trading conditions and 12 days of no action the MD needs to hear it from irate customers. No one is important enough not to hear it from the horses mouth. Watered down statistics from the call centre are no help to a MD. | |||
