Dalview Clinic Casualty |

On Sunday I visited the Dalview Lifecare Casualty, due to a serious illness, at reception the young lady was too busy completing her daily office duties to address my forms and admittance, so a 20 min wait, in casualty it took 15 min for me to be acknowledged, I was then taken to the examination room where I waited for 45 minutes, a no show doctor, nursing staff joking how he forgot his patients, I then proceeded to walked out , drive to another town to a service provider who was on duty and assisted immediately, Lifecare surely needs to re look its customer service policy. I did email Hospital Management on Sunday, yet to receive a reply.
