I had problems with my dishwasher, and Henry (one of the service technicians) came out to have a look at the problem. He was extremely helpful and friendly and went the extra mile to help. Unfortunately, the parts for my dishwasher are obsolete, so my matter was referred to another department to see if they can supply me with a new dishwasher. I followed up with Technical Supervisor, David Sparrow. David was efficient and friendly and delivered on his promises! This is probably the first company that I can honestly say has FANTASTIC customer service - and this all happening over the festive season... I am now even MORE impressed! Thank you to Henry and David for reminding me why I choose LG every time! LG should be proud to have you on their team! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! |
